Haysville USD 261 schools will start classes for students for the 2014 – 2015 school year on Tuesday, August 12 (Kindergarten – 6th and 9th grades) and Wednesday, August 13 (7th – 8th grades and 10th – 12th grades). Campus High School students (10th – 12th grades) new to the district will report for orientation on August 12.
All students are required to have a new ID card made for the 2014 – 2015 school year. Dates and times are listed below when students can have new photos taken for the ID cards.
• Haysville West Middle School Student ID Cards
New ID cards will be made in the HWMS office August 5, from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Campus High School Student ID Cards
The main office will be open from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office will be open at different times on these dates: July 31, 7 to 11:30 a.m. only and August 8, 1 to 3:30 p.m. only.
• Haysville Middle School Student ID Cards
ID card photos will be taken starting July 28 through August 7. The office hours are 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., closed for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Two evenings the office will be opened late for photos, please see the hours below:
July 31: 7 – 11 a.m. & 4 – 8 p.m.
August 7: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
August 8: Office Closed
Students should have their new ID cards made by August 7.
• Community Immunization Clinic
August 7, 2 – 5 p.m.
The Learning Center – 150 Stewart, Haysville
Sedgwick County Health Department will host a Community Immunization Clinic. Please bring record of previous immunizations, so the nurse will know what immunizations you still need. For payment, please bring an insurance card or proof of income for sliding scale fee. If you have any questions or concerns, contact SCHD or Mary Parker, District School Nurse at 761-1726.
